Though it can be surprisingly hard to do, here at OBJC we believe it is important as Christians that we slow down and practice stillness in order to find ourselves filled up by our God in that process.

You are invited to a special Taizé Vespers service Wednesday, July 17 at 6 p.m. in the sanctuary.

A Taize Vespers service is unlike a typical worship service, incorporating both extended periods of silence and repetitive singing as a way to meditate upon the word of God and invite Him to speak to us.
