WE BELIEVE THAT, AS PEOPLE MADE IN THE IMAGE AND LIKENESS OF GOD, WORSHIP IS INHERENT IN ALL MANKIND. but that worship is often directed towards the things of this world. we want to redirect our affections to the triune god of the universe in spirit and truth.

worship is glory and sacrifice.

We spend our days sacrificing to place preeminence and glory in all sorts of things, some good and some bad. Family, alcohol, success, comfort, accomplishment, or possessions can all be objects of our worship. We long to move our gaze away from these things and towards the God of the hills and valleys, stars and oceans, and our wayward hearts.

worship is much more than singing on a sunday morning.

Worship is a word that summarizes a heart of reverence, obedience, and connection to God. Worship is encouraged and developed through music, prayer, spiritual disciplines, serving, and many other means. We strive to be a people who enjoy God and find ourselves fulfilled by that enjoyment. But we worship first and foremost because of who God is and His attributes. Through that worship we hope to realign our lives with His will.
