God made us to be in community with other people. We want OBJC to be full of people who are purposeful about getting connected, staying engaged, and being strengthened by community. why? Because when we go together, we are in a better position to bring about gospel transformation here in the gunnison valley and beyond.

  • There are several informal groups led by OBJC people and largely including OBJC people.  From mountain biking to uphill skiing to hiking groups, they usually involve getting outside and active in some way. If you want to get involved or if you want to start something of your own, we’d love to see you get connected!

All this is a taste of ways you can get involved here at the church. Jesus didn’t invite people into solitary lives. He invited them into communion with himself and community with each other. By knowing others and being known ourselves, we are challenged, encouraged, supported, and loved. we hope you’ll join us!
